Rikk BeattyRikk Beatty was born July 9th 1975 in OIympia WA. He was introduced to the guitar at the age of 13 by his friend in West Virginia "Nick Thipsingh". Rikk studied by himself for the first 2 years then took lessons for 3 years after that.

Rikk has been playing clubs since the age of 15. He has been in many bands with styles ranging from Jazz, Blues, Rock, Metal, Top 40, Rikk BeattyInstrumental, and Ambient. He has sold over 3,000 albums from his latest projects alone and has rotation time on 3 different local stations as well as many online stations worldwide.

Rikk is currently endorsed by DBZ Guitars, Orange Amplifiers, DigiTech, Dean Markley, Dimarzio, Audix, Pedal Train, Pedal Snake, In Tune Guitar Picks, Brace Audio wireless systems, Steinberg, and Pro Stage Gear.

Rikk has had several #1 hits on Peavey's website Rikk Beatty"www.broadjam.com" including a hit that was #1 for the entire website (which has thousands of bands and over 50,000 songs on it).

Rikk has opened up for many National Acts including "Cheap Trick", "April Wine", "Dio", "Great White", "Forced Entry" and Rikk Beattyhas shared the stage with people such as "Jennifer Batton".

In 2004/2005 Rikk toured to promote his new vocal album "Infinity Within" and new instrumental album "Pointing at the Moon". In 2008 Rikk had a new release "Guitar Farm" and became a full time guitar clinician for the company DigiTech where he has since toured the USA coast to coast 2 weeks a month doing guitar clinics at music stores. Rikk has also toured all over the USA (LA, Vegas, Nashville, Austin, Jersey, Milwaukee...) with his band doing festivals and promoting "Guitar Farm". The band is in the studio now working on their newest release "No Vocals Allowed" which should be released early 2011.
